I like using this editor
I just find that sometimes my text wont do as I want it to
The main problem today is when you finish a line of text and return to type the next line
The editor jumps two line spaces. I cant seem to fix this
Any suggestions or maybe other free editors

JCE by default interprets the Return key as a new paragraph. You can change this by going into Components>JCE Configuration, and in the right panel, setting it to add <br /> tags when the Return key is used.
Doing this sometimes still causes a big jump, but then hit "backspace" and it takes you up one line.
I hear WYSIWYGpro is much better, but have never used it myself. - Say no to Internet Explorer 6.

Tried that and it worked then went back to way it was
I am happy to take out the <p> and <br> direct
