Quickest Easiest Joomla Article Submitter

Hello,
I'm trying to find quicker ways to update my website. It's running Joomla 3.2.
I daily post news and press releases from my industry, but it becomes slow and tedious to format, upload images and so forth.
Is there a quicker way or a component that can make it simpler? Ideally something where I can send the article text in an email (the article title as the email subject), and images that would be uploaded and posted as attachments to the email.
It's really frustrating. Joomla is well setup but doing through the interface everytime for each one gets really slow. Ideally my workflow would be to forward the press releases I get (removing the TO: From: Date: and so forth), forwarding those emails to my site, and the site automatically posting them as articles with the images (uploaded and displaying).
Any thoughts would be very helpful. Thank you.

I was asking more as an open question for ones people may have used already and what worked well for them.
