website opens OK from the server but not from external

Hi. What could be the problem if my web site opens OK when I'm inside of the web server and when I'm outside the web site opens like incorrectly.
I'm testing backups (XCloner, Joomla 1.5.26) that were made some time ago and I remark this issue now.

- I have an idea, but we really can't constantly solve issues that some other providers cause. I can see that Joomla is trying to load some css files from your lcoalhost and not from the real domain. You might want to check that
