Still a few more tweaks to make but is very much there now.
Jooml.r is a Web2.0 showcase and ratings site for Joomla! 1.0, 1.5 and Mambo. Submit your site or template (it's free!) and other users get to vote and comment on it - great for promoting your work and generating new traffic. Work your way up through the ranks to the all-time top three! Also features a huge "Just added" banner showcasing your site if it's the latest addition.

Site information - general & development info on each submission

That's the treat, it's nigh-on entirely Joomla! 1.0.13 with a few GPL extensions (JW AJAX vote, Akocomment, Display News) and a heavy dollop of CSS to tie it altogether. I had to get busy with the transparent PNGs (I think it's my new toy of the month) so it takes a few seconds to draw correctly in IE6, but the end result is worth it I think.
So, another platform (alongside Joomocracy) to promote the monthly templates I'm sure RT will consitently get top voting
