Sure,
As I create Static Module when we click on NEW MODULE. Can I there write any line which is call to any module.
e.g.
Site Module -> New -> and there I want to call mod_latestnews module and mod_relateditems as well. Can I?

Those are Joomla basic modules. They can be published or moved to any location on your site by changing the module position its published to. If you are wanting duplicate copies, then just copy the module that you want...
example: putting a check-mark next to mod_latestnews and clicking the COPY icon at the top of the page will give you a duplicate module. - "Everyone has to get knocked-down every once-in-a-while, otherwise you'll never learn how to get-back-up!
