...strange db issue related to the J!_session table. Normally, at least in theory, the sessions table should be mangaged by Joomla and automatically clear out older sessions, right?
I am in the process of migrating my sites and updating with more recent RT templates (teared up when I decided to update a few HiveMind-based sites lol), and I noticed that in one db, the Joomla session table is way, WAY out of control...accounting 99.3% of the nearly 500M db!
I assume is okay to manually clean out the table (and not delete the table itself, of course)?
Anyone else ever run into this issue? Perhaps I have a J! backend param set wrong?
(edit: and was just thinking that if it doesn't fix itself, perhaps I need to setup a cron job to empty the table every week or so?)
