sugestion on way to limit backend access?

    • I'm looking for something like JBAM, jbam.joomlasolutions.com/content/view/12/26/ to use to let a few people have access to the backend but limit it to what I want them to do. JBAM says "not available for Joomla any longer" but it does what I want.
      Thanks for any imput.

    • so you are thinking of moderator type members? just assign them to back end access through native joomla user level assignments,, the manual for joomla lists what privileges each user level will be given. I believe there is 4 levels of back end privilege.

    • Thanks, I'll read up on that more. At first glance, i didn't think it would allow access to only the components/module's I selected. I am doing a community site and want to give access to only the person that will be editing that part of the site. I'll post back what I find. Thanks Again.
