Hi Youyou,
I installed both OSX Leopard and XP with BootCamp (and also Parallels Desktop, so that I have not to reboot in order to use XP).
In latest "à vos mac" Magazine (december 2007) n° 79, there is an article on installing Linux Ubuntu thanks to BookCamp (with a CD Live Ubuntu 7.04 or 7.10).
Yes but the problem of Bootcamp is that it force the OS to work on 32bits mode and I prefer have 64bits versions. Moreover with it you can have only two partition (one for mac and one for Vista) because Bootcamp will not run if the disk is already partitionned

Youyou, i strongly suggest using OS X as your base OS then running VMWare Fusion to run your other OS's. they run very well on top of OS X, very stable, and not driver issues. I run XP and and Vista on vmware, but you can easily run any linux distro too. Many plusses, you can even run them all at the same time assuming you have enough memory.
In fact I have added 4 Go of Kingston RAM (Yes I have now a wage as Phd student lol).
But I prefer not virtualize the OS because it will slow the computer (2 OS + 1 software instead of 1 OS) . As I will sometimes use the computer for programming in Matlab, Fortran ... I prefer keep the maximum of capabilities.
Why do you suggest me that ? Have you already have a bad experience with a multi boot ?
