RokContact ? Custom Contact Form

Hi There,
I'm looking for a joomla component that will allow me to add in a few extra fields for a contact us page. I noticed on the rocketwerx page that it makes mention of a RokContact component which I haven't found anywhere else on the site.
In a nutshell, I don't want the standard contacts capability built into 1.5, I'd prefer when a user clicks on the contact us page it immediately takes them to a form page which has a few simple questions and text boxes. If RokContact doesn't do this, is there another component/plug-in/extension that will?

- I used perForms to give a replacement contact form on Jootheme (see sig) which is running 1.5. Very easy to setup and add the fields you want.

Thanks Dan! Will try this one out, hopefully they come out with a native 1.5 version soon.
