- I am fully aware of the information in the links. I came to this forum, because the vulnerability is in the code of the replicant template. I am not looking for volumes of material to pour through, as I am not going to let another hacker waste my time. I justed wanted James to see if he had some knowledge of this problem before I block every country except the US.

- I really need rocket theme's help with this. As I said, I had an exact replica of the replicant theme on the website that was hacked. There were no other 3rd party anything installed. The Joomla version is .13. I use siteground as the host and they assure me that it wasn't a neighbor. I will not be able to use this theme unless I know what the vulnerability in the code is.

- The other option is a brute force password attack. So it is one or the other. I just wanted to see if anyone else has reported this.

- I very much doubt it is the template, more of a Joomla issue. Posting in the security forum as suggested is your best bet.

- Amazing. So you are now saying that everyone is at risk that is running v. 13. Well, since no one really knows if it is the template or Joomla, I recommend everybody take whatever precautions they can.

That is not what James said. He said that your issue was more than likely a Joomla issue and the best place for answers would be in the security forum. There are a lot of steps people can take to prevent hacking and the fact is that most don't do them. I myself had a site hacked last week because I failed to take a simple precaution. I think reading the security forum and getting help there is the best solution.
I would also like to hear why you think it was the template.
