issue with WP rok plugins

Hello,
Today I discovered an issue in all the various rok modules on my wordpress site, like roksprocket and rokbox, etc.
The issue is that these plugins are echoing the results instead of returning them, which is breaking other plugins on my site and is not the right approach.
The thing is these are a couple years old now, and I'm curious if these have been updated and if this issue has been resolved?
