Template won't go offline

- Sorry for what might be a stupid questions, but I've turned on the "site offline" message but all i get is the message at the top and the site exactly the way it would look had i not turned the setting off. Am i missing something. Thanks for any help!

- It sounds like you are in preview mode. Try loggin out of administrator, close the browser, clear the cache and check again.
