Tearing my hair out

    • ??? I'm posting this here because it's not a problem with Joomla or my template, but it's something that is for sure going to drive me right over the edge any second.

Don't laugh.. but I've been working on 1 page all day. It's this one:

      1866onetone.com/content/blogcategory/0/52/

First I had it displaying the way I wanted in FireFox and thought I was done. Then I checked IE and it was all messed up. Now, after a lot of css tweaking I have it displaying pretty much how I want in IE, but guess what? Now it's screwed up in FireFox! Argg.. I've reversed the problem and I don't know how to fix it so that it displays correctly in both.

      Can anyone please help me?

    • Looks fine to me in IE7 and FF - is the issue with ie6? can you post a screenshot highlighting what the issues are?

    • Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

    • browsershots.org/

If you run your site through that you should be able to see what others see depending on their browser.

    • Looking at the bottom part of the page,

This is how it looks in MSIE7, and how I'd like it to look across all browsers:
This image is hidden for guests.
Please log in or register to see it.

And here is how it looks in FireFox 2.00.11, and every other browser, apparently:
This image is hidden for guests.
Please log in or register to see it.

    • I added a float : left ; to one of the blocks in the css file and it seems to be ok now except in one old IE browser, 5.5, the top part is whacked. I'm working on that part now.

Joe K. thanks for telling me about browsershots, what a great tool!

      Thanks for everyone who looked!
