    • How thin is that, you could loose it if you put it on its side!!! :)

I wonder if Apple will provide a software update for the other Macbooks with the multi-touch feature, would suck if its just for the Air or new Macbooks :(

No it will not happen because it is not only a matter of software. The trackpad are not the same on the hardware point of view.
But perhaps in some month, Macbook and Macbook pro will be updated with a multitouch trackpad.

    • I think the multi-touch is built in to the hardware. Im not sure if a software update could add multi-touch to a existing macbook.

    • Sorry, Air has to much Air. I want a notebook that has a 24" super wide screen - I personally don't care how much it weighs. If it is portable and does what I want --- and has a wide screen - I'm there. Now - that would be something that gets my motor running. :P (Yes, I know this world is geared towards people under six feet tall.)

Yes, please gear towards touch screen plus pen and pad. The only thing that impressed me was the Wireless part - I hate being tied to anything. Hell, give me a little two handed turn crank and let me generate my own power. Hmmmm, maybe a little peddle contraption. :P ;D

Thats what I thought but hoped not :D I wouldn't mind Apple actually telling us as there are lots of queries about it across the internat about it.
