site reloaded entirely at any click

I'm becoming mad
I have a doubt about things to do about this:
if the logo, main bar, left and right side are fixed and unique for the entire Joomla! template, why any time I click on a link (example read all...or whatever) the entire site has to reload? What's wrong with settings? It is a bandwidth issue I guess.
Is there a trick to avoid the reload all each time I try to surf between the pages of my Joomla! template?
