SOLVED Subject Line Does Not Display in Contact Email

Hi Guys,
I'm having a problem with my current form plugin so I thought I'd use the out of the box contact until I can get the plugin working.
I want my client to capture Name, email, subject and phone number. OUt of the box, the contact form does not give me a field for phone. So I changed the subject line to phone in an override and made it a mandatory field.
However in the message sent to owner, subject does not display...
Any thoughts?
OMG- I'm dumb. It shows up in the subject line of the email. I need help.
