Module fpr articles with introtext like in frontpage component

Hi,
I am looking for a module that is able to show up the latest articles with intro text (like the frontpage component does) in a module position.
The latest news module of joomla "only" prints out the headlines but without intro text.
Is there any special RT extension for my purpose?

P.S.: Are all RT extensions/modules compatible with most of the RT templates?

Would like to know the same.
Because in some demo's there is an intro of contents with "Read more" in a Module!

Your mileage may vary. Best bet is to check template specific forums for threads that discuss adding extensions from other RT extensions, the Members Submission and Rocket Theme Joomla Extensions forums may be useful too.
