How do I add Blogging from the front end?

- With the Populas theme when you log in you get the community login box. How can I activate the ability to write new blog entries from the front end?

- I have tried activating the normal login box, and made a sample user a publisher, but I am still not getting any links showing the ability to write a new blog entry. I can edit ones which already exist, but I want to have people be publishers and only have access to the front end of the site. What am I missing?

- Wait, it's not the login menu I had to turn on, it was the user menu. I have it now and it is working. man, once I know all this stuff I just might be dangerous....
