403 Forbidden Googlebot

Can somebody help me work out why:-
I have a website running www.gsndisplay.net
(Joomla 1.0)
(Using the Firenzie Template)
On this I have installed Xmap and sh404sef.
The site has over 50 pages and I have submitted the xml site map to google.
When Googles, Googlebot has tryed to index my site it has sent back the error '403 (Forbidden)' and has only indexed 4 pages from my site.
Could somebody please try and point me in the correct direction. I have set up the components correctly but don't understand why google is send back this error.
Is it something to do with the .htaccess file??
