I have a website that I set up really quickly using frames. I really don't like how the frames are printing and showing up in the search engines.
These days, isn't there a way to not use frames but still have scroll bars and target areas?
I am looking up CSS and tableless tutorials. I think I see how the scroll bars are done, but I don't see how the "target" feature is achieved without using frames.
I'm sure that I am not using the appropriate keywards when I'm searching.
Could anyone point me to a good reference?
When I'm ready, it will all probably end up in a Joomla wrapper on my template.
