Joomla! 1.0.13 Stable upgrade to Joomla! 1.0.14 Stable

Is the above upgrade still possible? I'm trying to get the files from the Joomla site but they are restricted for some reason. I don't want to move up to Joomla 1.5 just yet due to a number of reasons but I don't want to run my site with some security holes.
Any ideas what I should do?

I got the Files and upgraded 2 days ago - no big deal...
joomlacode.org was a little bit buggy/laggy for the whole day now... guess, they're just working on it... Maybe try again in a few hours or so

hmm, still can't find it. Maybe they want us to upgrade to 1.5 and are pushing users this way!

Looks like you can only go from 1.0.13 to 1.0.15 stable..which makes sense.

Yeap, just actually noticed that. Just need to check the rest of my site for compatibility issues before the upgrade though.
