Usage official Joomla logo

Hi all,
I am developing a Joomla website that will offer Joomla video tutorials and written Joomla tutorials. I am developing the website with the Synapse RocketTheme template, but the logo (websitename + Joomla logo ) contains the original official Joomla logo. I have been trying to get approval to use the official Joomla logo in a commercial environment here: http://www.joomla.org/content/view/259/70/ , but the form that is mentioned in the article http://www.opensourcematters.org/content/view/97/67/ when I fill it in, leads to errors.
On top the form page itself mentions:
Logo Use Request
Being updated please do not use today
Of-course this is clear and the form should not be used. But this message is there for days now. Could anybody tell me an alternative way/entrance to apply for approval of usage of the official Joomla logo? - Best regards,

I contacted Brad Baker and he did reply to me and wrote me he has forwarded my request to someone that might be of help in this. Though unfortunately I have not received any reply since then.
The official form to request usage/approval of usage for the official Joomla logos is still not working: http://www.opensourcematters.org/content/view/97/67/
I am at a complete standstill at this moment. I really want to use the Joomla logos as it is essential for the website I am developing, but I don't want to use the Joomla logos without official approval.
Any ideas that might be helpful? - Best regards,

Hi James,
I would like to thank you! Eventually your tip to contact Brad Baker led to the fact that he forwarded my request to someone in the approval process. They had to fix the approval form (was dysfunctional for weeks). After a few attempts on their side to fix errors, finally my logo approval request came through and has been approved!
It's made 100% in a RocketTheme template, so it will soon be visible in the Members Show Off part.
