How to hide all modules

I would like to hide all the modules in this template. The reason is that i use it for my forums only ( Populus is my main template, and i link wrapper to my forums with media mogul applied to it ) so i don't want any or my modules to appear on the forums around the wrapper.
Right no i just choose to publish my modules to the pages within my site but not to the forums menu item. I don't like doing it this way because in some occasions, my modules also disappear on my site's pages ( especially if you follow a link from the "latest news" modules ), so i would like to leave them to show on "All" instead of picking which menu items i want them to be displayed on or not.
Is there a way to add some lines of code to media mogul's .php or .css files that doesn't allow any modules to show on that template only ?

- The only way I know of for sure is to just disable the module on all of the pages you don't want it to show on by changing to Show on All to show on the pages you want it to show on

Thx for your help Jeff! Yeah that's what i have been doing but it's not working for what i want to do. There's got to be a way to insert a line of code in the template's index.php or .css file that tells the template to not show any modules at all...i would be surprised if there wasn't!
