101x's poll and contact form submissions

Using the Synapse theme with the Rocket Launcher 1.5 Joomla MySql 4 with PHP 5 on Windows:
- anytime one makes a Poll Vote or submission of the Contact Form, it activates that action 101x's. This is reflected immediately in the Poll results of 101 votes and the email recipient for the contact form receives 101 messages.
Any tips on this?
