Well lets start the Jeff Bashing... I know, I know The guy who still likes IE (but i still use FF and Safari) - For some reason my IE 7 became broken, I am sure it is something I have downloaded or something, just lately haven't had time to figure it out... My solution... Just download a distribution of IE 7 and reinstall... Although I didn't even think that it would be a problem, but there is no download for Vista with more searching on MS I found IE 8.0 Beta... If anyone is interested (I know I was) it is here:
Vista & Server 2008 Version
XP-SP2
Anyways, I will do a little write up here (Also for my site too - won't post a link for the sensitive) - Jessica Kennedy

It didn't become broken, it was shipped that way originally.
Nobody's going to bash you for liking IE. There are people in the world who actually enjoy pain. Who are we to judge?
