Any 'Vote Up-Vote Down-Yes-No' type of extensions out there?

I am looking for an extension that allows me to track "Was this information helpful? Yes/No" type of responses from users...perhaps a nice ajax-based little application that doesn't make a *brazillion* calls to the db.
Anyone seen something like this? I've searched the extensions on the J-mothership over and over and over...but didn't find anything like I am describing.
[edit] I am looking for something that works with J1.5.x, which might be my problem; Jreviews seems to have the feature I seek ("Was this review helpful to you?"), but it has so much more than I need, I suspect it is a bit bloated for what I need, not to mention $99/site for only using 1/50th of what it has to offer. - Last Edit: 17 years 2 weeks ago by Terp.

Perhaps a good example would be the Jom Comment vote up or down scheme; same premise, I guess. Two icons...click the + and it adds one and - subtracts one...but percentages would be nice: "82% found this useful."
Anyone? Anyone? Beuller?
