Since you are on a Joomla Template Site, I am going to take a stab and say you are looking for a Blog that works with Joomla, and will use the Template you have picked out.
The best bet is probably going to www.joomla.org and look under extensions - Jessica Kennedy

Though I've never used it, I have heard good things about

I have used two other commercial extensions from the same developer and found them amongst the best, most professional Joomla extensions available. - Say no to Internet Explorer 6.

I use MyBlog combined with Jom comments...pretty nice little toy. Truth be told, I went with it not to give users the ability to create their own blog on my site (though I am going to on another site...bought 3 licenses), but because of the modules.
..latest comments, latest posts, latest posts with intro text parameters, archieves, categories, blogger, etc.
I was |<--this-->| close to just wrapping a WP blog into my site, but MyBlog seems to get the job done for what I use it for...

I have also MyBlog running and it works like a charm.. It's not WordPress, but just a nice little blog
I believe there is a WordPress bridge somewhere out there, not tried it though...
