Any Football-Type of Pool Extensions?

Anyone ever come across a football pool (doesn't have to be football, but the same general premise) extension that allows you to have, say, a master list of the games each week, each user can make his/her picks, saved to the db, and it automatically keeps track of the result based on the master list, for example?
There is one that was just updated to J1.5 on the mothership, so I'll give that a try, but wondering if perhaps there are more hiding out there with which you guys have experience.

Either or. Though the games are different, the way in which members' picks are tracked week after week would not, no? I wouldn't need each week's games pulled in automatically...would do all the work manually...enter in which team plays which team, each member completes the form for who they think will win, then I make the changes to the master form based on the outcome of the games, and it runs a series of 'ifs'...if 1st game choice was correct, 1 point, 2nd game picked incorrectly, no points, etc.
Does that make sense? And it doesn't necessarily have to be sports related...just an extension to allow users to make picks and then score them based on those picks...pick the next President of the United States...pick the time the next RT template will be released (+/1 1 hour), etc.
I could set the entire interface up to be form based, too...changing the options for each game each week:
Drop-down#1:
1.) Colts
2.) Patriots
..or radio buttons, etc. I can get everyone's picks in the db, I just don't have enough sql bravado to have those picks scored based on the results. I was thinking an extension might exist for this...
