    • An alarming post http://news.zdnet.com/2100-9588_22-6236771.html on ZDNet about the unhealthy life-style of the pro-blogger makes me wonder if we could be in danger of losing Andy (not forgetting rest o/t team here).
I mean i noticed he's highly involved in several joomla related projects, next to his quest to still the ever increasing hunger for killer 'plates for his clients, plus keeping up with all the forums related, and perhaps even non-related ;-). Something that a normal person would have difficulty sustaining for a longer period of time.
Not sure if and what to do about it, just know that life without rhuk would be, well....

    • omg, Om Malik had a heart attack!?

No problem with RT staff, it's not coffee or protein bars that powers them... it's that rocketfuel they sniff all day long. ;D

    • This article could be another "phantom" medical problem. Now I am not saying that it couldn't exist. But to avoid this I make a very strict schedule so I should be safe from any medical issues :

Wake up around 7-8am: Cigarette, Mt Dew, Cheetos (Breakfast)
      Jump on RT until noon
Eat Lunch: Some greesy burger at some greesy Fast Food Joint
After Lunch: Run 20 Miles - In my car back to the house
Start Programming: from 2pm till 8pm
Back on RT from 8pm till midnight or so
then finally back to any projects that I have until 2-3am

Now everyonce in awhile I will mix it up alittle... Maybe I should start to go outdoors with my laptop and do some work... That should help.
