Including PHP in HiveMind modules

Hey Guys,
I'm a newbie having alot of fun with HiveMind. Love the template - while simple, its one of the most professional look templates on this site (i.e.) doesn't look like a "techie-blog" site.
I'm havign trouble including PHP script within the module positions. Is there some setting I am overlooking?
I have downloaded some plug-ins form the Joomla.org site that allow me to parse PHP within the main content section of my template. Works like a charm.
The only problem - none of the plug-ins allow me to run PHP within my modules - I'm I missing something. Is it normal to run small PHP scripts withing Module content?? Any tips on how??
Any suggestions more than welcome. Cheers.

I am trying to run a js script in a module (Firenze) and I have tried both the Joomla PHP module - mod_php (mentined by Gollum) and also another highly rated module called Jumi. The script runs fine on Firefox but does nothing or displays an error on IE6. (The script is in the top module at
www.promoz.com
). Below is the script which starts up a "live support" chat with a 3rd party service. Any ideas on how to make this work with IE6.
