I am looking at building a Real Estate website with several membership options. Does anyone have any experience building a membership website? Basically I want sellers to be able to pay to list homes, with a couple options to choose from. Once they pay, they can upload and manage their property or properties and make them searchable only on the my website, nothing really to do with the mls. Depending on which membership they purchase, I want the website to notify the user that their membership will expire in however many days. Of course, I will need a good real estate component, probably community builder, and an eCommerce solution. Do you know of anymore components or modules that will help me? I am willing to pay someone to help me get this setup the right way. PM me if you're interested. Any suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks.

I'm using Hot Property, but only because I am used to it after using it for several years on a coupe of sites.

Not to my knowledge Matthew. The developers of Hot Property are supposed to be working on HP for 1.5, but as far as I know there is no timeline.
