Creating blog menu link to a section/category of articles

I'd like to create a blog menu link that points to the last 5 articles in a section/category. I'd like that page to list the articles titles and display a blurb and 60x60 thumbnail for each article. I know how to do all of that. However, is it possible, once the link to an article is clicked, to display the entire article with a larger photo rather than the little thumbnail photo. The only way I can imaging doing this is to place another instance of the pic that full size. Doing this, the same image would repeat itself when users are viewing the entire article.
Any way to have a article listing with thumbnails and display the image full size when the entire artice is being viewed. Is it futile for me to look for a way to do this? Please advise. Thanks.

- I think Alpha Content will do this.... it will create a thumb in the listing from a larger original photo,,and when you view the article it appears full sized.. this is ofcourse going from memory....... check it out and see if it is what you are looking for

- Thanks. Alpha Content is it. Unfortunately, it hasn't been updated for J1.5. I'll work around for now and work it in once a J1.5 version is released. Want to keep it all J1.5 native. Thanks.
