Regex and .htaccess redirects

I'm trying to redirect two existing Joomla RSS feeds to a single new Feedburner one, but I'm struggling with the regular expressions in .htaccess. The two existing URLs are:
www.blah.com/component/option,com_rss/feed,RSS2.0/no_html,1/
www.blah.com/index2.php?option=com_rss&feed=RSS2.0&no_html=1
The first URL is easy to redirect, but I can't get the second one to. I had hoped the following would redirect them both, but no joy:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} !FeedBurner
RewriteRule com_rss.* feeds.feedburner.com/blah [R,L]
Anyone got any ideas what I'm doing wrong..?
