Poll Module not working properly

The poll install fine, but when you use it an error displays. It says " CGI Error. The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers."
Then when I hit the back button is says thank you like 400 times. The link is listed below. Thanks for any help!
