this might not be a specific question about hivemind, but how do I create these search results for my website in google

- Those are paid advertisments. I believe that when I was looking into it it was about $800/month to have multiple URL's

are you sure, because I've seen them on many websites that cant afford advertisement

This is not paid advertisement. Those links are due to trustrank on Google and just a few "premium" websites have this privilege. The only thing you can do is to create a big website with a lot of content and have a lot of visitors; maybe GG algo will see your work and traffic then give you trustrank.
