Anyone recommend a decent FTP program?

Hi,
I am a Micro$oft Windows Vista x64 Ultimate user and I am currently using SmartFTP (which is poo) and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good FTP program.
The problem I am having with SmartFTP is that whenever I try to upload a large number of files and folders, say of example Joomla! or vBulletin as these are the two only I upload which contain large number of files/folders. The upload procedure starts but 9 times out of 10 after a couple of minutes the upload stops and I have to mess around looking where it stopped and then start from there.
So can anyone give me some suggestions please?

i've never had that issue with smart ftp, strange
but why not upload the compressed file then decompress while on the server? - www.c3p0.se - sweden

- SmartFTP has a Transfer Queue which will automatically resume interrupted downloads. Try using that instead of doing a direct transfer.
