Anyone seen an ad follow them when they scroll down a page ... either in the middle or to the side fo teh site ...
I'd really like to know how they do that ... if anyone knows pleas let me know.

I don't if that is what you want ...
It don't follow the mouse but it stay on a position fixed
In css:
position: fixed;
The problem is that IE don't understand this instruction but luckily someone has created a fix
