Wrapper Framing Error

I am trying to put a U.S. Government health information site inside a wrapper to allow my users to do a drug lookup. All the elements in Joomla are built but I get the following error message inside the wrapper...
Framing of MedlinePlus
You have reached this web page through a site framing the National Library of Medicine's MedlinePlus.
If you wish to access MedlinePlus at the National Library of Medicine click medlineplus.gov/
If I click on the reference link it opens another window and that defeats the purpose.
Any suggestions?

Thanks and duh, it just never occurred to me to even look in that direction...just thought it was a Joomla problem.
That brings up an opposite question though, how does a site prevent their data from being framed when publishing their site by using Joomla?
