Cannot login to Admin after fresh install with RocketLauncher

- Installed site: counselling.mckeown.net.au/Joomla_RT_Replicant_j15/
  
  Tried using phpMyAdmin to change the username and password for the 'Super Administrator' (currently the only user) under jos_users.
  
  But no help. Still can't login.
  
  Any ideas?
