Right now I upload my video to a folder in my website and stream video. However, I've received feedback from those in other countries, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, etc. have trouble seeing the video. It hitches and jerks and some can't even see anything. Other than their connection, I believe that my website isn't capable of handling the bandwidth.
QUESTION: Is there an economical video server that I can upload my videos and have them seen comfortably in other countries? The video are small in dimension and about 5 or 6 minutes in length.
Franck, I think you were doing something like this, but mine is for a limited number of users.
Any ideas? Thanks much!

For only one or few little videos, it's not justified to have a streaming server (very very expensive).
If I'm right, it's possible to upload your video to Youtube or Google video without public access (I think you choose this option when upload the video). Then, use your player to embed the video... well, it's a cheap solution.
If your hosting offers a very limited bandwidth (what is your hosting company?) you have the possibility to to open an account with another company only to host your videos: for $5 or $6 month you can have a shared account on dreamhost for example with a lot of bandwidth... then you can use it only to upload videos.
DOH! I mispelled streaming, but it's better now - don't want to cornfuse Joseph!! ha!
I hav an Unlimited sharing plan with DotEasy. That offers unlimited bandwidth too, but It seems to slow down after so many people stream at the same time.
Yes, this is the problem with all that companies! They offer unlimited storage, unlimited bandwidth but in reality they can't offer such packages.
At hostgator, I use actually 60Gb of storage and between 3Tb and 5Tb of bandwidth/month in a shared account!!! Well, can you imagine the headache for the technical manager? So, they look quite for the possible problems to close my account.
