Website Is Not Appearing On Front End

Here's the story:
Website was originally with a host that went down 24 hours after set up. The site was moved to Netfirms. It has always been pretty reliable for static websites, but I never used Netfirms for Joomla.
The was transferred, I did the nameserver change (I'm a registrar), and waited for it to propagrate (up to 24 hours). It did it in an hour, disappeared, and didn't return until this morning - for about ten minutes. Now it's gone again.
The site is up on:
hepcmo.netfirms.com
hepcmo.org
So why is it not up on: www.hepcmo.org ?
And, if it's a hosting issue, any suggestions on a better way to go?
