i already have a live site and i have checked everything to make sure nothing leads to rockettheme. even the footer logo. The first thing i edited was to put my company logo with the catalyst template. i also posted several screenshots before and it clearly showed the template showing my company logo.
This morning a client texted me and asked if the number he was texting was the number of catalyst.
i answered no, he had the wrong number. but kept wondering if it was related to my website.
just now. i checked my website. it shows the original catalyst logo. i again uploaded my new logo to correct this.
My question is. How could this have happened?
Could someone have hacked my site and put back the original logo?
Has this happened to anyone here?

- Maybe there was a backup/restore done by your hosting provider? anything else mysteriously reverted?

- right but those would be db things, it seems there was a filesystem restore? how about other images? missing? updated?

checked everything. nothing else has changed. i think you're right. i remember a week or two ago. my webhost had a problem with the server and my site was down a few times with one even lasting for a day. after that, i could not install new modules or components. i had to search for hours on the net to find the reason why. i learned that it was because the path to the log and temp folder had changed and it did not reflect in my old joomla installation.
