- So I was just browsing around and saw a post at bestofjoomla.com regarding the completely rewritten fireboard. 2 queries for guests and not to much more for members. It looks great! They say it is about 90% finished. I attached the pic.

fireboard is a great concept
i personally dont trust the component. maybe trust isn't the right word but the development team dont communicate nor keep to deadlines/promises

It starts out with someone asking if the project is dead and 3 pages of other forum options. Greatpixels shows up and lets everyone know what has been happening the last few months. It was only 3 guys that rebuilt it from scratch because the joomlaboard code was so sloppy and slow. Than a few folks post about the lack off communication etc, etc, etc...
