Double index.php causes template problems

i have a problem with my site. sometimes it shows in the address bar what is written above. it causes problem with the template. does anyone have an idea what is causing this to appear? and what can i do to prevent this? thanks

I notice the problem is with the index.php

- What you may want to do is fully activate SEO. I guess you just switched on the first SEO option in the configuration. You'll want to go the full hog and switch the other option on and rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess

- But did you activate the Apache mod_rewrite option in the Global Configuration?
