Hi everyone
Quick question and hopefully someone can point me in the correct direction.
I have a client that is a photographer.
They want to be able to catalogue their pictures on the web and if a client wants them they can purchase them (via PayPal) and then download the image.
The question... what Joomla components and modules would you use to do this?
I have already set them up with a site that is using Joomla 1.5, so the software I use will have to be 1.5 friendly...
Also if anyone can show me a live demonstration of the software they recommend, I'd be stoked.
Any advise is greatly appreciated...

I have searched high and low for the same functionality. Things like shopping carts and the available Joomla extentions are fine for a few items but if you want to do batch uploading, then you usually need to know about tweaking scripts, databases etc. manually. If the photographer only wants to upload images a few at a time with more control over pricing and formats etc. then they are great.
Since I don't really edit and use my site as a backup of my images, I use Menalto Gallery and a plug-in called Checkout. The only drawback is that all images are priced the same. Other than that, it seems to do everything you mentioned in your request but is not related to Joomla. Hope that helps.
