Section / Category ID's in SEO Links

Does anyone know how to remove the actual ID #'s from the sections and categories in the SEO links?
For instance, my basic link structure for an article could be:
mysite.org/about-mysite-org/25-the-organ...-welcome-to-our-site
I really can't stand the "25-" and the "1-". Is there a setting that I can change, to get those to not display? Thanks!

I am using Joomla 1.5.3, with the standard SEO I guess. I will upgrade to Joomla 1.5.5!! I knew 1.5.4 came out, but I didn't realize that we were now up to 1.5.5!!
I'll get back to you on this after I do the upgrade. Again, thank you so much!

The section/categories are still there in J1.5.5. You either have to not use categories/sections, as "uncategorized" content URLS are perfect, or use a 3rd party extension like 404 and the like.
