  • How do you set up an Enquire Now form??

    • I'm looking to set up an enquiry form so customers are about to send us enquires through our website. I would also like if possible to have that data stored so we could use it for our quarterly newsletter. My plan is to have the contact form emailed to the office so we can react to the enquiry strait-away then at a later stage use the email and customer name to send them a newsletter.

    • Have a look at ChronoForms: www.chronoengine.com/home-mainmenu-1.html

      It allows you to create a contact form as you'd normally do in HTML and then it handles everything else for you. It also has the facility to store all of the information that users enter into a database, of which you can export the information to excel (with the simple click of a button).

    • Let me know if you have any problems with it Daniel. I use it in pretty much all of my installs (Note i am using Joomla 1.5), so if you have any problems I should be able to help you out.

    • Blast, that link didn't work for me! ???

      It's a pity as it's exactly what I want to do i.e. have a simple sign-up to receive a newsletter on the main Joomla page.

      If anyone else can help (perhaps by furnishing an alternative link), I'd appreciate it.
