Intensive modification: Google Maps and location

Hi guys,
Love the templates, but wanting to do something more with it. I am putting together a site where we review resturants etc. I noticed there are some mods you can add with google maps, but curious how I can implement it on each review page. I.e. article, include information such as address, ratings, customer reviews and location (so where in the map it will be)
Any ideas?
Any good mods to use for the following:
Ratings system
User comments
Google/Any other map company location and putting a tag on the map to show where it is?
