I am creating a florist wedding page (
www.kirklands.biz
) and want to be able to have brides sign up, fill out a form of what they want and be able to communicate with them and update this form. Would I use community builder? What user management system does rocketTheme use? And can anyone suggest a person/company who I could pay to implement this?
Thanks for your time.

I am not sure how much 'community' you are trying to build into the site, but if you simply want registered brides to have access to a form and be able to update the fields on the fly, I would suggest you give Fabrik a look (
www.fabrikar.com
).
If you are looking for more "user management" and lots of other features/options to give it a community feel, CB 1.2 is (hopefully) about to release stable...
Thanks for your reply. I don't want so much of a community, but a way for the brides to make a form that can be updated and changed at any time letting us know how many of what and what color. This form will also be able to be accessed by an admin and changed. This info is stored under their account. I'll take a look at Fabrik, thanks

All of that is more than doable with Fabrik...could even do some reports/tables for you/them to track and have a "view" or "edit" or whatever link in one of the columns, allowing either an admin or the bride to view/edit the submissions/status.
Fabrik 1.0.x is pretty polished for J1.0.x, but Fabrik 2.0 is still in beta (runs on J1.5 only), but has come a LONG way. If you are not trying to do any fancy dancy right inner join double cubed CURL CRUD, it is solid enough to do exactly what you are trying to do.
