as I understand it, MS is already in the court system claiming that any work on the net is free to use any way, by any one wants to use it ,,, UNLESS ownership is clearly followed through and applied by the original creator.
so this, by the goog, does not surprise me

not what I said,,,
IF the creator of the content does NOT follow specific copyright laws,,, and IF the person using the creative content SHOWS reasonable effort to find the copyright holder,,
AFTER THAT
they may use the content in any way they want without fear of infringement...
Time Warn and RIAA know copyright law very well
